Dietary Program

Meadowbrook Healthcare is proud to have an unparalleled food service program to serve its residents/patients. The facility boasts a certified chef with a culinary arts degree from the Atlantic Culinary Academy in Dover, New Hampshire. The food service/dietary program includes 35 dedicated employees who serve 200+ quality meals three times per day, 365 days a year. Meadowbrook's menu includes healthy and pleasing choices for those with restricted diets. Two registered dietitians and two diet technicians assist in the meal planning and preparation to insure each resident is meeting necessary nutritional goals. The Meadowbrook menu includes 28 different kinds of homemade soups, a 10-day dining room appetizer list, and homemade desserts.

-Deviled Crab Casserole over Puff Pastry served with Asparagus

-Tri-Colored Tortellini with a Roasted Garlic Sauce, Tossed Salad, and Garlic Bread Sticks -Reuben Sandwich with Cucumber and Tomato with a Red Onion Salad -Smoked Salmon

-Shrimp and Leek Stuffed Haddock with a Lobster Champagne Beurre Blanc Sauce with Vegetables
